Dear Mr. Biondo:
Although we have been somewhat remiss in not sending this letter sooner, our sentiments regarding your organization have not changed. How proud you must be, and rightfully so, of the entire Lassale operation, beginning, but not ending, with your employees. Every aspect of the purchase of our beautiful new home was accomplished with such ease and perfection as to belie all of the "horror" stories we had heard about new home construction.
The method used to handle the construction / financing aspect was very helpful and appreciated. The quality of the workmanship was very high; your subcontractors easy to work with. However, the highest praise goes to all of your employees. The people in the office and at the job site were very pleasant at all times. Our construction supervisor, Nick, and his assistant, Doug, were always willing to address any concerns we had, and always saw that any detail that needed attention was given it. What pleasant and capable men they are! If perhaps you think we are overlooking someone, our highest praise is saved for her: Carol Stamm. From the very beginning, she was an extremely easy and comfortable person with whom to work, yet she always maintained a high level of professionalism. Her amazing knowledge of the construction business, her willingness and eagerness to address any issues we might have had, her constant concern that we were happy with the progression of the build, and her desire for us to be very satisfied with our new home cannot be praised enough. Once again, how proud you must be!

To the excellent staff at Lassale Construction,
We would just like to take a minute to tell all of you what a wonderful house you have built for us. This is the first new home construction experience that we have ever gone through, and I would especially like to thank Carol, Trish and Nancy for helping us make many of the decisions involved with building this house. Carol really helped us re-design our master bathroom (it turned out beautiful), and came up with many, many helpful suggestions along the way. We would also like to personally thank Reno for taking charge of this project late in the game and bringing it to completion. Both he and Don were excellent to work with. Don really has an eye for detail and helped us with some issues prior to closing. Thanks again for all of the professionalism your staff demonstrated during this period in our lives. You REALLY did make it and enjoyable experience!!

I wish to congratulate you on putting together a winning team! We have been in our new home for almost a year and we are completely satisfied with it. Your staff made building our home a pleasant experience. Our introduction to Lassale by Trish and Carol was professional and informative; yet warm and friendly. Nancy was fantastic in walking us through the purchasing and building stages. She kept us updated and was always willing to answer any questions which we had. She made what could have been a "scary and frustrating" time very fun and exciting.
Throughout the building process, we found the tradesmen with whom we came in contact to be polite, informative and willing to explain to us either about their product or the procedures which they would use Since our closing we have been extremely impressed with the timeliness and thoroughness with which repairs have been done. Jack has been fantastic in getting the repairs done during this past year. It has been refreshing to work with a company as professional and competent as yours. Again...Congratulations on a job well done!
