The Building Industry Assocaition of Southeastern Michigan held the annual Spring Parade of Homes from March 17, 2006 through April 16, 2006. Among the many awards given was one for The Wellington Colonial built by Lassale Homes in the Pembrooke neighborhood. The Wellington won the Blue Ribbon Award in the category of Homes & Detached Condominiums priced under $300,000. Pembrooke is located in the Village of New Haven and features homes from 1,550 square feet. |
